This month, we’re returning to the fundamentals: rooting and balance. Strong foundations create relaxed, powerful movement, and these three principles will help you build exactly that.

Ground through all eight points of your feet.
Feel the whole surface—heels, balls, edges, and toes—resting fully on the earth. Stable roots create stable movement.

Sink and lower your center.
A gentle bend in the knees lets your energy settle downward. When you soften and sink, your body naturally finds balance.

Tuck the tailbone and activate your core.
A subtle pelvic tilt engages the glutes and lower abs, bringing alignment and effortless stability to every posture.

Simple, steady, and essential—these are the foundations that make everything else flow.
